Our legal practice was originally founded in 1999 by lawyer Thorsten BORRAK.

Our specialisation is with the practise of international business law and private international law.

Our firm is located in Ettenheim, along the German bank of the Rhine and near Strasbourg, France. This ideal location has enabled us to develop a sophisticated cross-border co-operation and "build a bridge" between German and French clients as well as other European clients.

We maintain many international co-operations with various professional service providers in the European Community.

In addition to the legal firm in Germany, we also maintain a second law firm in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain in cooperation with the prestigious legal practise Sirvent & Granados, Asociados.

The key to our successful activity is the confidence and trust of our clients. This is why we place great importance on communicating with our clients, as well as giving the personal attention and flexible co-operation required to achieve the best results. We take your legal and financial matters personally.

Our foremost priority is to ensure the consultation in all the tax and legal sectors at national, as well as European and international levels supported by our cooperation partner the company Attaché (tax advisors)
